Thanks for everything. Pam and Iris were amazing. Kind, attentive, welcoming. The food was healthy and delicious. My time at Pacha Munay was very healing.

My time at Pacha Munay Wellness was truly transformative. From the moment I arrived, I felt held — by the land, the energy of the Sacred Valley, and most especially by the incredible staff who take such genuine, loving care of you throughout your stay.

The retreat is set in the Andes, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and lush gardens filled with flowers, hummingbirds, and butterflies. Each day felt alive in the most peaceful way — mornings with birdsong, afternoons watching hummingbirds dart through the garden, and quiet moments where nature seemed to gently slow everything down. Simply being there felt healing.

The accommodations are warm, comfortable, and grounding — simple yet thoughtfully cared for. It feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into a peaceful home, which made it easy to relax and truly settle in.

What truly sets Pacha Munay apart is the staff. They are attentive without being intrusive, kind, intuitive, and deeply present. I felt genuinely seen and supported every single day — through nourishing meals prepared with love, thoughtful check-ins, and small gestures that made a big difference. Their care goes far beyond logistics; it feels heartfelt and human.

The wellness offerings are beautifully balanced — yoga, meditation, sauna and cold therapy, time in nature, and space for rest and reflection. There are also meaningful cultural excursions woven into the experience, offering a deeper connection to Peru and the Sacred Valley. Visiting local sites, engaging with Andean traditions, and learning about the culture added richness and perspective that made the retreat feel both grounding and expansive.

The food was another highlight — clean, nourishing, and delicious, using fresh, local ingredients. Every meal felt intentional and supportive, leaving me feeling lighter, energized, and deeply nourished.

By the time I left, I felt rested, emotionally clearer, and genuinely renewed. Pacha Munay isn’t just a wellness retreat — it’s a place where nature, culture, and compassionate care come together to support real healing. If you’re seeking stillness, connection, and a sense of being truly cared for, I can’t recommend it enough.

✨ I arrived needing rest and left feeling whole. ✨

10000/10 if I could even give this experience a number. The journey from Cusco to Urubamba takes quite a while, but it is all worth it once you set foot on that beautiful piece of land. The accomodation is wonderful and the food delicious. I had a beyond amazing time awakening my spirituality and dive deep into my problems.

It was a highlight in my three week trip around all of Peru. All the woman working there are just kind wonderful human beings. Especially Pam, the hotel manager 😍

My only wish was to stay even longer or come back ❤️ Yours, Katja

We spent 10 days at PM and had an amazing time. A perfect combination of rest, good nutrition, learning aspects of the culture, and sightseeing. The staff were amazing and made the trip that much more enjoyable!

I’ve been traveling for the past 7 months and I have to say my experience here has been my best experience so far. Roberto is a very gifted and intuitive empathic listener, so I really enjoyed my session with him. One of the things Roberto does is give his heart.

After landing in Cusco, I knew I would need some time to adjust from the jetlag and altitude difference. This was the absolutely luckiest pick!

The location in the sacred valley is absolutely breathtaking; and the accommodations are pristine and couldn't be any more picturesque. The villas offer unparalleled comfort and had expansive views of the mountains out your front door. The entire staff were an absolute delight. Everyone was friendly, polite, accommodating, and showed genuine friendliness and total care for your comfort and needs.

Roberto, who runs the resort, took the time to learn and make accommodation, anticipating needs and coming up with creative new ideas for everything from relaxing bliss to energizing adventure. Each morning I was greeted by Roberto or a member of the staff with a glass of warm lemon water, then enjoyed a private yoga session with Mona, who was both kind and delightful, and then each day unfolded with something that deeply contributed to wellness and happiness.

Roberto is a very talented chef in his own right, and the meals he prepared were absolutely extraordinary, incorporating many ingredients from the on-site organic garden. The food provided is delicious and a culinary delight.... not only incredibly healthy but also irresistibly delicious, leaving both the body and the soul nourished.

The day Roberto headed out to do some shopping in the nearby market, I had the good fortune to be invited to join him, where he shared his extensive knowledge of the local produce, the good, the bad and the ugly - but mostly good. He kindly introduced me to his favorite sellers and the whole experience was a total delight. In the evenings, the on-site sauna is an oasis of pure relaxation and therapeutic bliss, and Roberto provides an electrolyte drink to complete the experience. If you are seeking a replenishing, rejuvenating experience for body and soul, I strongly recommend you check out this amazing place.

When I arrived at Pacha Munay, I was burnt out, uninspired, and feeling so incredibly lost. When I left, I felt new, crystal clear, and ready to let life feel easier for me.

I had been struggling for over a year, feeling this unsurmountable pressure to ‘figure out’ my life as I awkwardly navigated this new chapter I’d entered into. I needed a place to rest my tired body and mind, far away from my busy life in the United States. Roberto recommended the Allowing Ease Retreat, a soothing opportunity for me to unplug and reconnect with a sense of stillness, so I could once again hear the whispers of my own wise, inner guidance.

Every day I’d rise with the sun, opening my cabin door to let in the crisp morning air and then climbing back into my warm, soft bed to enjoy the most magnificent views of the Andes. Shortly thereafter, Roberto would come to check in on me with a mug of hot lemon water. Then it was gentle yoga flow out in the gardens, followed by fresh-pressed green juice and the most nourishing, hearty breakfast and soul-quenching conversation. The activities throughout each day felt light and spacious, and I had plenty of time for naps, nature walks, and enjoying the sweetness of having absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to be.

The space Roberto holds is so lovely, so safe. His presence is powerful yet light-hearted, and profoundly peaceful. He listens deeply. Much of his guidance is quite subtle, and whether he’s leading you in a meditation, counseling session, or self-inquiry practice, there’s this sense of autonomy — like he’s there with you, guiding you, and also allowing you to find your own way. It’s incredibly empowering.

No matter how flailing my mental or emotional state would be as I opened up about what I was going through, Roberto provided a grounding, stable, and accepting space for me to be exactly as I was. It was the way that he held a vision of my inherent wholeness that allowed me to remember it for myself. To say I’m incredibly grateful for the dedicated time he spent with me is an understatement.

Between all of this, and the invigorating sauna sessions and outdoor cold shower therapy, evening fireside chats with blankets and fresh fruit under the stars, and outings to nearby sacred sites, by the end of my stay, my empty cup was overflowing with well-being. I truly felt at ease, with a deep knowing in my heart that all was well. That it was safe for me to be in this chapter of my life, and to just not know. To find a resting place in that. Getting a glimpse into what was possible for me moving forward but surrendering the timing of it all and just enjoying the process as it would come to unfold.

Months later, as I sit to reflect on the time I spent with Roberto at Pacha Munay, I’m so excited to share that I recently accepted a freelancing position doing work that lights me up and stretches me in the most amazing ways. Only now do I fully understand how necessary it was to be completely emptied out — to experience the dark night of the soul I endured for so long, the pain and confusion of existing in that seemingly never-ending, liminal void space — so that I could clear out enough room to welcome in this incredibly aligned new opportunity to become more of who I truly am (which no doubt magnetized this new career invitation).

If you’re able to see any part of yourself in my story, if you’ve been feeling lost or exhausted or unclear, my heart lovingly invites yours to consider spending time with Roberto at Pacha Munay. My intuition assures me that it could quite possibly be the best gift you could give to yourself at this exact time in your life. It truly was for me.

Infinite blessings to all who read this, wherever you are on the path. You are held.

With love and deep gratitude,

My experience at Pacha Munay gave me a sense of clarity of where I want my life to be, how I want to love, and how I want to share joy. I thought I was on a good path, and I was… but like wow, right now I feel like I’m on my path. I learned so much while being there. I learned so much about myself. I’m able to really see myself now.

I was seeking space and autonomy to relax, reflect, and refresh, but also
wanted knowledgeable guides to introduce the region and culture in an authentic and meaningful way. Working with Roberto offered the best of both worlds through spiritual services, healthy meals, cozy accommodations, and guided cultural outings.

Pacha Munay gave us more than we could’ve asked for. This retreat was a true return to self, a sacred space where intention is in every detail. My wife and I came here for a couples retreat to realign our values and reconnect with each other and ourselves, and we left feeling more grounded, open, and aligned.

From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with warmth. Our guide, Roberto, held space for us with so much care! crafting a powerful experience that flowed with purpose. Every day offered a different vibe that spoke directly to the soul.

The food? Fresh, nourishing, and made with love. Every meal felt like medicine. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed to fully drop in.

Every detail…from the views to the energy of the land! reminded us to slow down and breathe. Pacha Munay is more than a place. It’s a feeling. It’s healing. And we’re so grateful to have experienced it together. Thank you for the alignment, the clarity, and the connection.

I had the opportunity to stay at Pacha Munay for a few nights this summer and it was one of the most magical places I’ve ever visited.

It is a hidden gem down a lovely dirt road and from inside the courtyard walls every direction you look is a majestic postcard worthy view. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the meals were a delight to the senses in every way.

The nourishment from the mountains, the fresh food and the calming presence of Roberto and Sarah made for the most soulful experience. I think about it still daily and I can’t wait to return someday! 🙏🏼

We loved Pacha Munay. My husband and I stayed there for 10 days. Roberto, Lourdes, and Norma made our stay there unique and special. The food was delicious, they made us feel at home, and you feel a sense of peace as soon as you enter. It's a beautiful sanctuary, recommended for anyone who wants to relax and connect with themselves. Thank you for everything!

I had a really beautiful and peaceful experience at Pacha Munay. The space is stunning and thoughtfully designed, and the garden is a great place to unwind.

It’s a great place to slow down, reflect, and integrate after a retreat or ceremony.

The team is warm, grounded, and supported me with anything I needed. I appreciated the calm atmosphere and proximity to the Sacred Valley's interesting spots. If you're looking for a quiet, welcoming place to land and process your journey.. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Pacha Munay.

It’s super cozy, not very 'busy', and tangibly rooted in the magic of this sacred land.

I loved my time at Pacha Munay. I felt super relaxed and also found it to be a good base for exploring the Sacred Valley. Cusco, Pisac, Ollantaytambo, the gorgeous hot springs at Lares, etc. are all within reach. Staff are great and create a feeling of home; Roberto in particular is a wonderful host who did so much to help make the trip really customized and just perfect. Ceremonies with local shamanic healers organized by the hotel were sublime and contributed to an overall blissful experience.

Even if I had gone nowhere and just stayed at Pacha Munay laying in the grass it would have been worth the trip haha. Finally, I had great help figuring out the logistics for continuing on to Machu Picchu.

We had the most **amazing experience** at this retreat! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most warm peoples, Roberto and Sara. The setting was beautiful, serene, and perfect for reflection and rest. Roberto and Sara put so much thought and care into every detail—from the yoga classes to the food to the organized trips. What made this retreat truly special, though, were the people. The bonds we formed were genuine and deep. If you're looking for an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and meet some truly inspiring people, this retreat is an absolute must! I can't recommend it enough! Did I mentioned the 5 star meals … amazing!

Wellness and Mystical Peru was an incredible experience. Thank you to the incredible people at Pacha Munay for supporting all aspects of my wellness. The time at the resort gave me the opportunity to reset and recharge, while still seeing and experiencing the beauty of Peru. The trips to sites across the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu were meticulously planned so I could explore and experience this amazing area. The food was wonderful, and the daily yoga with Louise was incredibly restorative. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time in this little jewel in the mountains of Peru. Roberto and his staff made our stay a relaxing and very enjoyable experience. The grounds of the hotel were an ocean of tranquility and Roberto home grown cuisine was delicious. A great experience which I strongly recommend.
