This retreat is designed to support guests as they return to balance after deep ceremonial or visionary journeys, offering grounding practices that help bring insights into daily life in a healthy, embodied, and conscious way.

Through nourishing food, gentle movement, nature immersion, mindful presence, and connection with Pachamama, guests are guided to stabilize the nervous system, honor what has been revealed, and reconnect with the body and heart. Integration is not about doing more—it is about listening, anchoring, and allowing wisdom to root with care and respect.

Our meals are fresh, natural, and sourced from local producers, prepared with care and intention to support sensitive and integrative journeys. Each dish follows a gentle and conscious dietary approach, honoring the body’s needs while remaining deeply nourishing, balanced, and delicious.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrival & Grounding

Arrive and settle into the Sacred Valley with a warm welcome tea and gentle orientation. Enjoy a light lunch followed by a nourishing dinner at 6:00 pm, allowing your body to relax and begin its integration journey.

Day 2 | Gratitude & Balance

Begin the day with celery water and lemon, followed by morning yoga. After a wholesome breakfast, enjoy time to rest or use the sauna. Close the day with a soft evening journaling session and nourishing dinner.

Day 3 | Nature & Renewal

Start with celery water, yoga, and breakfast feel grounded and refreshed for a comforting dinner in the evening.

Day 4 | Reflection or Departure

For guests completing the 3-night program, departure takes place today. For extended stays, the day flows with celery water, yoga, breakfast, relaxation or gentle walks, a nourishing lunch and a light dinner.

Day 5 | Culture & Connection

Start your morning with yoga, and a delicious breakfast. After a free time to enjoy the sauna A delicious lunch and calming dinner complete the day.

Day 6 | Integration & Presence

A slower day dedicated to rest and inner work. Morning wellness practices are followed by relaxation time and second journaling session finishing with a nourishing dinner.

Day 7 | Gentle Departure

Begin the morning with celery water and breakfast before your departure, carrying clarity, grounding, and renewed balance with you.
