Mental health challenges aren’t always just mental.
Your diet and physical health have a huge influence on your emotional well-being. From sleep quality to hormone and neurotransmitter balance—what you eat has something to do with it.
In our Mental Health Retreat, you’ll work closely with our in-house naturopathic nutritionist to discover which foods truly make you happy. And by that, we mean: what do you need to eat to bring your body back into balance, so that anxiety, brain fog, or low mood are no longer caused—or worsened—by a physical imbalance? You'll receive a diet plan that addresses your unique needs and support to integrate these changes into your everyday life back home.

During your stay with us, we’ll create a deeply nourishing space where you can rest and reconnect with yourself. We offer gentle grounding and balancing activities like meditating on the breath, yoga, nature walks, gardening and journaling.

Start your day with a detox juice to support the gentle cleansing of your system. A light snack helps wake up your body and keeps your circadian rhythms aligned.

We offer yoga every morning—a great mindfulness practice that supports overall health. You're free to join whenever you feel like it, and the style can be adapted to your energy or experience level.

After yoga, it's time for breakfast, following a mild detox diet.

After settling in, you’ll meet with our in-house nutritionist for a Deep Dive Consultation—usually on the 2nd or 3rd day. You’ll explore how your current diet may be affecting your mood, energy levels, and mental clarity. The following day, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan that supports your emotional balance and overall wellbeing. Together, you’ll decide on a gentle strategy to begin implementing changes, one step at a time. Your retreat meals will also be adapted accordingly. You’ll continue to meet regularly for check-ins—these conversations are safe spaces for reflection, emotional support, and gaining a deeper understanding of how nutrition shapes your mental state. We invite you to take quiet time each day to notice what’s shifting in your mind and body. Daily journaling can be a powerful way to process these changes and connect with yourself. If you feel the need to talk or share, we’re here to listen—with full presence and open hearts.

Bentonite and psyllium shakes

That's why we use ‘binders’ in our programs — so that you can successfully eliminate these toxins and pathogens from your body.
