Menstrual pain, PMS, hot flashes, and losing sleep—it’s tough to be a woman! But does it have to be?

Menstruation and menopause aren’t diseases. They’re natural, normal, and vital transitions in a woman’s life. If you’re struggling with menstruation or (peri)menopause, you’re not alone—and it doesn’t have to stay that way.

In our Women’s Health Retreat, you’ll be guided by our in-house naturopathic nutritionist to understand what your body needs to find balance again. You’ll learn which nutrients and foods are vital for you, and receive a personalized diet plan. You'll also walk away with simple but powerful strategies to turn these diet and lifestyle changes into daily habits once you are home.

But reclaiming your own body wisdom and creating a powerful new set of habits aren’t the only things you’ll take home. Being here also gives you time for deep rest—time to reconnect with who you really are.

Our team will be here to nourish you physically and emotionally. You’ll enjoy delicious, healthy meals, have the option to do gentle yoga, and use our sauna. You’ll leave recharged and with the tools to create lasting change in your life.

  • Start your day with a detox juice to support the gentle cleansing of your system. A light snack helps wake up your body and keeps your circadian rhythms aligned.

  • We offer yoga every morning—a great mindfulness practice that supports overall health. You're free to join whenever you feel like it, and the style can be adapted to your energy or experience level.

  • After yoga, it's time for breakfast, following a mild detox diet.

  • After settling in, you’ll have a Deep Dive Consultation with our in-house nutritionist—usually on the 2nd or 3rd day. You’ll explore how your current diet may be affecting your hormones, cycle, energy levels, and mood. The following day, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan to support your hormonal and emotional balance. Together, you’ll decide on a gentle strategy to begin implementing changes. Your retreat meals will also be adjusted to reflect what you’ve agreed on. You’ll continue to meet regularly for check-ins—these conversations are safe spaces for reflection, support, and learning more about how nutrition impacts your overall wellbeing. We encourage you to take time to simply be, and to observe what’s shifting in your body and mind. Setting aside time for daily journaling can help you reflect and integrate these changes more deeply. And of course, we’re here for deep listening and heart-centered conversations to support meaningful transformation in your life.


  • If you feel like resting or enjoying a good book in the garden, you’re more than welcome to do so. If you’re craving a bit more movement, you can take peaceful walks—on your own or guided—around the neighborhood. Would you like to explore more of the Sacred Valley? Food + Drink

  • We’ll serve you a mild detox diet for gentle cleansing and balancing of your body. It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and a variety of fresh-pressed juices. Healthy snacks and homemade herbal teas are always available throughout the day.
    After meeting with our nutritionist your diet will be adapted to your personal needs to further healing.

    • Daily superfood cold-pressed juice

      • Delivers nutrients, minerals, adaptogens, hormone-balancing foods, and antioxidants into your system

    • Bentonite and psyllium shakes

      • When you're detoxing, cleansing, or eating a diet that may cause the die-off of fungus, yeasts, and parasites, mycotoxins, heavy metals, and other pathogens are released. It's important to capture these pathogens and toxins so that they don't recirculate back into the blood and enter your organs again. That's why we use ‘binders’ in our programs — so that you can successfully eliminate these toxins and pathogens from your body.

      • Developed by certified Herbalist and Naturopath, Viktoria Ferencz, this tincture blends traditional medicinal western and eastern plants with Peruvian plants from the jungle and mountains offering liver and kidney support, powerful anti-inflammatory combination, and detoxing properties.   • Immerse yourself in a healing ritual of renewal. This traditional Incan flower bath blends sacred waters, fresh blossoms, and ancestral intention to cleanse your energy, soothe your spirit, and restore balance. 

  • ​The yoga you'll be practicing will be primarily focused on supporting the organs and the gut. Gentle movement for detoxing.

    Meditation is key to mental and spiritual well-being. Our guided meditation focuses on you becoming intimately acquainted with your mind and your thoughts.

  • Journaling is a powerful tool to give a voice and name to concerns, stress, trauma, and other issues you could be unconsciously harboring.

    It’s a subtle yet effective way of bringing consciousness to aspects of our life that need our attention, love, and most importantly forgiveness.

    There are many ways to journal, we love Morning Pages and Gratitude Journaling.

  • The benefits of infrared saunas include better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain such as arthritis, clear and tighter skin, and improved circulation.

  • Adobe styled rooms fit with cozy furnishings to help you feel at home. New mattresses and luxury linen sheets will help you rejuvenate the body. Hot water is equipped in each room for the showers.

  • Join us in the common area anytime for unlimited made-in-house teas, filtered water, oxygen to help with altitude adjustment & more. Make yourself at home.
